Full-Time Customer Service Representative
Job Description
We are looking for a strong candidate that can be depended on to work M-F, 8-5 and available for OT if needed. Applicant must have great organizational skills and work well independently and in a team. Need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects (with interruptions) with a great attitude and produce accurate work. Need to be a logical and analytical problem solver, have good math aptitude, and strong attention to detail and proofreading. Other duties: data entry, filing, answering phones, managing electronic documents and helping customers at the front counter.
THIS IS NOT AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION. We require a STRONG WORK ETHIC and knowledge of the print industry is a plus. Requires working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
