This front office role works primarily with three main team members and is a communications hub of sorts. While the atmosphere is casual all members work extremely hard. We offer flexibility and open communication within the office. This is a full time position and cannot be performed remotely.

Answering phones and front office interchange
Data entry into Quickbooks Desktop: invoicing customers, accounts payable, accounts receivable, maintain credit cards
Overall good computer skills in Microsoft Office
Adobe skills a plus or interest in graphic design
Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Prior experience preferred but not required
Must be reliable, detail orientated and provide high quality work.
Ability to work well in a dynamic environment with constant changes in tasks and responsibilities
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Bilingual in Spanish advantageous but not required.
Annual Salary: $52,000-$62,000
